We are pleased to mention some interventions we have made in the 90's and which are an hallmark for us, as we were moving the first steps into the Health Care business. We had to learn a lot about the business and professional model before we were able to craft training and consultancy interventions which have been much appreciated by our cients.
We were experimenting and pioneering with our clients something really new for organizations which have to move from a bureaucratic mindset to a managerial one. There we had the opportunity to bring new concepts and approaches. Amomng the others we want to remind:
